Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-faceted communications and marketing programs to promote WPI's research and innovation accomplishments, elevate institutional brand awareness, and engage diverse audiences.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing and communications professionals to support and develop people, build and maintain relationships within the university community, and drive strategic initiatives.

  • Proven experience in building and leading teams, supporting and developing people, and implementing multi-faceted communications and marketing programs for an organization with many audiences.
  • High emotional intelligence, intercultural competence, and a collaborative and collegial nature.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, be data-driven, and focused on metrics.
