The Role

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team in providing essential care and support to children and young individuals with additional needs stemming from their disabilities.

Our commitment is to ensure that children with disabilities are valued and empowered to lead fulfilling lives, experiencing the same opportunities for social inclusion as their peers. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for these children through the delivery of high-quality services in collaboration with the children, their families, caregivers, and other professionals.

About You

The ideal candidate will provide practical, person-centered support, ensuring that children receive exceptional care while encouraging them to lead active and fulfilling lives.

A professional demeanor is essential, along with a solid understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities. Experience in a person-centered approach, including the maintenance of support plans and relevant record-keeping, is highly desirable. Flexibility is required, as the role involves morning, evening, weekend, sleep-in duty, night shifts, and bank holiday work. Strong written, communication, and basic IT skills are necessary.

After gaining the requisite experience within the home, you will be expected to undertake shift leader responsibilities as needed.

A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification is a mandatory requirement.
