Job Description: IFA Administrator

Recruit UK is working with a leading Independent Financial Advice firm in Durham to find an IFA Administrator to join their back office support team.

  • Well-established IFA firm with a holistic approach to financial planning
  • Offices in Durham with a friendly and supportive team
  • Opportunity to work with Intelligent Office (IO) and support financial advisers
  • Dealing with clients and providing administrative support

The Role: IFA Administrator

  • Supporting financial advisers and providing administrative assistance
  • Working with Intelligent Office (IO) to manage client data and documents
  • Providing excellent customer service and dealing with client inquiries
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records

Skills and experience: IFA Administrator

  • Financial planning administration experience
  • Ideal candidate will have part CII Level 4 Diploma Qualified or some R0 exams (desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) and wills and powers of attorney administration
