Training Coordinator

Vertex Professional Services (VPS) is a global leader in training and development solutions, operating in 146 countries and 34 languages. We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Training Administrator to join our team in Bracknell.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception duties and ensure a smooth experience for students and clients
- Coordinate course bookings, manage course lists, and collect feedback
- Administer and utilize various systems and tools to support training operations
- Support the coordination of training schedules and additional training support
- Generate reports from computer-based systems and provide insights to stakeholders
- Liaise with external clients to understand their training requirements
- Assist in booking and logistics for new product launches and training events
- Promote training courses to clients and book delegates onto planned courses
- Manage training centre logistics and ensure seamless operations
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor, aligned with the role's competencies and skills
Requirements:
- Basic administration skills, with experience in reception or administration
- Equivalent experience in a training and development environment would be advantageous
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
