Job Overview

Vertex Professional Services (VPS) is a global leader in training and development solutions, operating in 146 countries and 34 languages. We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Training Administrator to join our team in Bracknell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception duties and ensure a smooth experience for students and clients
  • Coordinate course bookings, manage course lists, and collect feedback
  • Administer and utilize various systems and tools to support training operations
  • Support the coordination of training schedules and additional training support
  • Generate reports from computer-based systems and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Liaise with external clients to understand their training requirements
  • Assist in booking and logistics for new product launches and training events
  • Promote training courses to clients and book delegates onto planned courses
  • Manage training centre logistics and ensure seamless operations
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor, aligned with the role's competencies and skills

Requirements:

  • Basic administration skills, with experience in reception or administration
  • Equivalent experience in a training and development environment would be advantageous
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
