About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Central Administration Team as an Access to Records Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and responding to Subject Access Requests (SARs) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and respond to SARs, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Supervise and quality assure the work of Access to Records officers
  • Provide advice and assistance to colleagues on record maintenance and data protection
  • Assist in the collection and presentation of performance data and management information
  • Apply the principles of equal opportunities and exercise data protection duties
