We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Central Administration Team as an Access to Records Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Subject Access Request (SAR) process, working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality services to residents who request access to their records.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and responding to SARs in a timely and accurate manner, while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and attention to detail. Your expertise in data protection legislation and your ability to provide advice and assistance to colleagues will be invaluable in ensuring that we meet our regulatory requirements.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be a strong communicator and team player, able to work effectively with a range of professionals and clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and respond to Subject Access Requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Supervise and quality assure the work of Access to Records officers
  • Provide advice and assistance to colleagues on data protection legislation
  • Assist in the collection, processing, and presentation of performance data and management information
  • Apply the principles of Equal Opportunities and exercise the duties of the Data Protection Act 2018
