Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our global Training team at Content Guru Limited. As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery:
    • Design and deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and virtual training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
    • Prepare training facilities and lesson plans in advance of sessions.
    • Ensure room requirements are advised of in good time.
    • Ensure training starts on time and keeps on track.
    • Ensure facilities are safe and compliant with any onsite policies/requirements.
  • Content Creation:
    • Design engaging learning materials using photo, video, presentation, and instructional design software.
    • Produce documents or other summary information to support visual/virtual content.
    • Consider accessibility of content for those with special or learning needs.
  • Administration and Coordination:
    • Schedule sessions, meeting room bookings, invites, and tracking responses as required.
    • Produce internal learning collateral or guides as necessary.
    • Prepare reports and analysis on learning data.
    • Load and monitor content onto the Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject.
  • A commitment to being an ambassador for Content Guru Limited.
  • Past experience in Technical Training with experience of delivering excellent technical presentations.
