Job Title: Clinical Psychologist Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to lead our team of mental health professionals in West Essex. As a Clinical Psychologist Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing expert psychological therapies to individuals with complex mental health needs, while also developing and implementing local services to support our community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of mental health professionals in providing assessment, formulation, and evidence-based psychological therapies to individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement local services to support our community, including the development of a Multi-Agency Forum for multi-disciplinary clinical discussion and treatment planning.
  • Provide specialist supervision, consultation, and training to MDT colleagues, as well as offer supervision to CAPs, trainees, and assistants.
  • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless care and support for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate training in specialized areas of practice, such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
  • Experience in leading teams and developing local services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
