About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning and Forecast Manager to join our team at HeliosX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning and forecasting processes that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for all products and regions
  • Collaborate with commercial, finance, and product teams to define standard processes and global forecast requirements
  • Work closely with retail, consumer sales, and operations teams to facilitate effective demand planning
  • Prioritize production and purchasing based on supply chain deficits, product demand, and sales forecasts
  • Provide actionable data analysis to support business cases for demand plans using data-driven methods
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing/supply chain/logistics planning environment, ideally within pharma or FMCG
  • Deep knowledge of demand planning, inventory modeling, and product forecasting approaches and best practice
  • High level of data literacy, with advanced Excel/Google Sheet proficiency and experience with SQL; knowledge of other data platforms/visualization tools a bonus
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and approaches to root cause analysis
