About the Role

The Senior Forecasting Analyst will play a critical role in providing high-quality data and insights to inform operational decision-makers and key stakeholders at Ingeus UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and Planning: Deliver long, medium, and short-term business performance forecasts, including contractual assessment volume and workflow forecasts, to inform operational targets and resource plans.
  • Data Analysis: Collate and analyze data from various sources to inform scenario planning, proactively highlighting areas of concern and potential solutions.
  • Model Development: Create bespoke analytical models to determine workload and demand, resource allocation, and future demand forecasts for clinical and non-clinical resources.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, financial planning, and forecasting.
  • Variance Analysis: Review actual performance against the most up-to-date plan, latest forecast, and contractual profiles.
  • Predictive Analytics: Identify trends in business information using predictive analytics to support internal decision-making.
  • Data Visualization: Use data visualization and communication skills to create and present complex data to various audiences in tailored reports and summaries.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Experience in using data processing tools such as Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, SharePoint, InfoPath, and Performance Point.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent planning, time management, and organization skills, with a passion for analysis and commitment to performance improvement.
