Job Description

**Financial Modelling & Planning Analyst Role**

Greenwell Gleeson is seeking a highly skilled Financial Modelling & Planning Analyst to join our team on an exclusive basis. This is a remote role with regular travel to our offices in Birmingham and London.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide detailed analysis and forecasts of workload volumes and the optimal resource and capacity requirements needed to fulfill the demand.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, financial planning, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including finance and operations, to gather necessary data and ensure accurate modelling.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and implement best practices in financial and resource modelling.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Advanced modelling experience (capacity plans, demand planning, forecasting).
  • Advanced Excel user with SQL abilities and ideally PowerBI familiarity.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data in an engaging and meaningful manner to various stakeholders.
