Job Summary:

Finning International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner, diagnosing and resolving technical issues with heavy equipment.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support and guidance to customers, including on-site visits and remote assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of service requests.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, technologies, and best practices to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid LDV driving license and ability to travel to customer sites.
