Job Title: Customer Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Nottinghamshire/Leicestershire. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for maintaining our install base within the Care Home sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair our patient moving and handling solutions
  • Provide advice, installation, commissioning, and service to our customers
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the moving and handling industry, particularly with overhead installation and surveying of ceiling track hoists
  • Excellent customer service skills and a sympathetic manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
