About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers, ensuring that their medical diagnostic systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Liaising with customers, including laboratory managers and technicians, to resolve any technical issues and provide training on our products.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in electronics and technical support, with experience working on high-value capital equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full product training will be provided, so whatever your background, your application will be considered.
