Service Engineer Opportunity at Peak Scientific

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our Service Delivery Team at Peak Scientific, a global leader in gas generation solutions for analytical laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out routine maintenance, emergency repairs, installations, and training to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  2. Respond effectively and professionally to customer requests, ensuring HQ Technical Support is informed.
  3. Provide clear and accurate service reports for all work carried out.
  4. Maintain personal stock of parts and conduct inventory checks as requested.
  5. Establish effective relationships with Technical Support for seamless customer and product support.
  6. Lead complex installations involving third-party products.
