About this role:

We're seeking a seasoned Head of Performance Marketing to lead our Performance Marketing team in Southern Europe & Australia/New Zealand. As a key member of our global Performance Marketing Leadership Team, you'll play a vital role in driving growth and customer acquisition across all channels within your segment.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to optimize performance marketing efforts, leveraging your expertise in Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, App marketing, and Programmatic Display. You'll work closely with our Segment Marketing Leadership to align our marketing strategy and ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve performance improvements through a test and learn agenda
  • Manage budgets for Paid Performance Marketing channels and markets in the segment, ensuring optimal ROI
  • Collaborate with platform partners to maximize results for the segment
  • Provide strategic direction on growth and efficiency objectives for the segment
  • Represent JET in industry meetings and contribute thought leadership in performance marketing and delivery

What we're looking for:

  • Deep understanding and experience in Performance Marketing, including Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, App marketing, and Programmatic Display
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Experience working in international environments and matrix structures
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Commercial mindset, with a sense of urgency and a drive to outperform expectations
