Compliance Analyst

Reed Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join their team. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the compliance director to develop and implement control systems to maintain adherence to regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
