Compliance Officer

Dovetail Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established financial services company based in the Ferndown area. They are recruiting a new Part Time Compliance Officer appointment to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily compliance operations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide regulatory interpretation and communicate relevant changes to the team.
- Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct training to ensure the company's internal structure adheres to FCA guidelines.
- Develop and oversee control systems to maintain adherence to regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor individual key performance indicators.
- Manage external compliance audits.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
- Demonstrable experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector.
- Technology-savvy with a willingness to embrace new systems and software.
- Working Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.
- Hybrid working available.
- Company pension scheme.
- Onsite parking.
