Compliance Officer/Paraplanner

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer/Paraplanner to join our dynamic team in Ferndown. As a key player in our financial services firm, you will be responsible for managing daily compliance functions and ensuring regulatory standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Management: Oversee compliance functions, including regulatory updates and policy implementation.
- Paraplanning: Produce high-quality client reviews, suitability reports, and research on new pension and investment plans.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide mentorship to advisors on compliance and paraplanning best practices.
- Audit Management: Confidently manage external compliance audits and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Compliance Officer or Paraplanner is essential.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- Skills: Strong compliance and paraplanning skills, with proficiency in relevant tools (or willingness to learn).
