Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Prospero Integrated. As a key member of our AV and Live Events team, you will be responsible for planning and managing project schedules, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality audio-visual solutions for live events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of audio-visual solutions for live events.
  • Conduct site visits to gather contextual information and develop project proposals.
  • Develop project specifications and deliverables, fostering teamwork and innovation.
  • Utilize CAD skills to create aesthetically pleasing proposals and optimize event setups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to regular production meetings and create project documentation, proposals, and presentations.
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Possession of a passion for delivering high-quality audio-visual experiences and solutions.
  • Experience with production equipment, technologies, and best practices in the audio-visual industry.
  • Self-motivation and a commitment to teamwork and excellence in project management.
