AV Event Production Manager

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Bedford

Working Hours: Full Time (40 Hours per week + overtime)

Salary: £32,500 - £47,500 DOE + Bonus + Overtime

We are seeking an experienced Audio-Visual Technician or Junior Project Manager to take on a challenging role as an AV Event Production Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality events and productions, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement audio-visual systems for events and productions
  • Manage and coordinate event logistics, including equipment setup and teardown
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in audio-visual production or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual equipment and systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
