AV Event Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Event Production Manager to join our team at eTalent. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the warehouse, dealing with incoming hire enquiries, and planning productions in conjunction with other production managers.

This is a varied role that requires a flexible and adaptable individual who is a team player and able to multi-task on a day-to-day basis. Your time will be split between being on site, supporting the warehouse and the office, taking enquiries and quoting hires, and supporting production managers with production planning, including venue liaison, kit list management, logistics planning, and crew booking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising contractors and freelancers while on site during rigs, derigs, and throughout events.
  • Full management of projects in conjunction with other production managers.
  • Testing equipment prior to going on site.
  • Delivering, setting-up, and de-rigging AV equipment.
  • Checking and loading/unloading equipment.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience working as a Technical/Production Manager or Technician.
  • Operating and/or working on Live Events.
  • Expert knowledge of AV technical software and equipment, production briefs, CAD plans, and set up and de-rig of live, hybrid, and virtual events.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving License - essential.
  • Have experience of delivering a high-quality service to all types of clients, have excellent client-facing skills, and good communication skills.
