Job Title: AV & Live Events Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Prospero Integrated.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of live events, from in-person to hybrid and virtual formats. As an AV & Live Events Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality audio-visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality audio-visual solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to gather contextual information and build proposals for events.
  • Develop project specifications and deliverables, fostering teamwork and innovation.
  • Utilize CAD skills to produce aesthetically pleasing proposals that demonstrate project overviews and optimized setups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to regular production meetings to manage workload, recognize achievements, and address challenges collaboratively.
  • Create and present project documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects to a high standard, ensuring company processes are followed and the customer experience is exceptional.
Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering high-quality audio-visual experiences and solutions, particularly in live event production.
  • Experience with production equipment, technologies, and best practices in the audio-visual industry, especially within the context of live, hybrid, and virtual events.
  • Self-motivation, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in project management.
