Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join our Entrepreneurial Services team. As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading onsite audit teams, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and building strong working relationships with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onsite audit teams and oversee all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion
  • Project manage client work and prepare and review financial statements
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members
  • Develop and implement audit strategies to meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and tax regulations and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA) with post-qualification experience
  • Excellent knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102
  • Extensive experience of using audit software and Microsoft packages
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
