Management Accountant

The One Group is partnering with a services business to appoint an experienced Management Accountant on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will position you in the office, with flexible working hours, reporting into the Financial Controller. You will play a key role in producing management account packs and presenting them to the senior leadership team. As well as influencing relationships with senior stakeholders on all things finance.
- Day-to-day supervision of two Assistant Management Accountants, with managerial experience desirable.
- Preparing monthly management accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Supporting with the company's year-end audit.
- Oversight of Payroll, Purchase, and Sales Ledger.
Key qualifications and experience include:
- Part-qualified, newly qualified, or qualified by experience accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
- Experience in Sage 200.
- Commercial acumen with solid month-end/management accounts experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis, with excellent communication and leadership skills. The company is offering a competitive salary of up to £43,000 per annum.
