Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Butler Rose. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of diverse clients, including sole traders, limited companies, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, client meetings, and account reviews.
- Oversee the delivery of all services to clients, including year-end and management accounts, bookkeeping, payroll, CIS, VAT, and reviews of annual statutory accounts and corporation tax computations.
- Investigate and respond to technical accounting queries.
Requirements
- An accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or due to qualify within 6 months.
- Experience and working knowledge of bookkeeping, management accounts, statutory accounts, and finance processes.
- 4+ years' experience working within an accountancy practice.
- Excellent client service skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
