Job Title: Community CARE Worker

Job Description:

Job Summary: We are looking for a Care Professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized care and companionship to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, person-focused care and companionship to clients
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care
  • Accompany clients to appointments and shopping
  • Support clients with dementia and Parkinson's disease

Working Hours: Flexible hours available, including waking night shifts
