Home Care Assistant

Job Summary
Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality, person-focused care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care, to maintain clients' independence.
- Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and other activities, promoting their mobility and engagement.
- Support clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming.
Requirements
- Access to reliable transportation and a full driving license, as some clients require accompanying to appointments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet clients' needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in providing high-quality care to others.
