Job Summary

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality, person-focused care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, ensuring they feel valued and connected.
  • Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care, to promote independence and well-being.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and other activities, enhancing their quality of life.
  • Support clients with personal care needs, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming, to maintain their health and dignity.

Requirements

  • Access to reliable transportation and a full driving license, as some clients require accompanying to appointments and may live remotely.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to providing exceptional care and service.
