About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Operations Manager to oversee the management of a large, prestigious estate, including super prime residential units and high-end retail spaces.

Working for a leading property management company, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance across the estate.

You'll be working alongside, and supported by an Estates Management team consisting of numerous Estate/Facilities Management and Customer Services professionals enabling you to excel on delivering operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee building services, maintenance, and safety regulations and compliance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with residents, retailers, and stakeholders to provide a world-class service.
  • Budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
Requirements to Excel in this Role
  • Proven experience in estate/facilities management, ideally within mixed-use developments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
