About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Manager to join our dynamic team at DeverellSmith. As an Estate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our properties are managed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Supervise maintenance and repairs, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage service providers effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Work closely with Building Caretakers and Concierge teams to ensure smooth property operations and oversee the development of estate management plans.
  • Supplier Management: Coordinate with service suppliers to guarantee top-notch service and monitor performance for continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual with a passion for estate management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in block/estate management with a strong understanding of compliance and budget management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for cost-saving opportunities.
  • A background in health and safety implementation and a drive for achieving exceptional results.
