About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agency Director to join our team at The V&A. As a key member of our Estates team, you will be responsible for managing our estate services, working closely with colleagues, clients, and external consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a wide range of responsibilities, including estate services, grounds maintenance, and minor building projects.
  • Ensure the V&A Estate is presented beautifully and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve estate services and facilities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver estate services and projects.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of estate services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in estate management, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • IT literate and familiar with relevant building and Health & Safety practice and legislation.
