Estate Agent Assistant Sales Manager / Lister

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as an Estate Agent Assistant Sales Manager / Lister. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established and forward-thinking independent Estate Agency that is looking to significantly increase its market share and grow the business through sales and listings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the sales and marketing of residential properties, including valuations and listings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies to enhance the reputation of the company.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, valuation, and listing of residential property.
  • Experience working in Estate Agency and a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, customers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and growing the business.
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary £25,000 with on-target earnings of £50,000 + company car or £3,000 car allowance.
  • Initial 4-month salary guarantee of £40,000.
