Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a smile, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Upsell treatments, products, and facilities to enhance the guest experience
  • Inform guests of spa facilities, offering advice and assistance when necessary
  • Ensure spa procedures are followed, maintaining a high level of quality and safety

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Spa Receptionist who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will need to be approachable, calm under pressure, and able to multitask with ease. If you have a warm demeanor and a strong communication style, we would love to hear from you.
