About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Business Support Centre team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and web chat.
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate and clear advice and guidance on our programmes and services.
- Process new customer referrals and ensure timely and successful first-time resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management notes and provide data for management information collection.
- Work collaboratively with the BSC Team Leader and other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers, with great listening and questioning skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use web chat facilities in a multi-stream environment.
- Logical problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to analyse cases and identify solutions.
- Flexibility to support the business and work efficiently in a pressurised environment.
- Experience of using Microsoft Packages and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
