About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Business Support Centre Customer Support Advisor to join our team at Maximus. As a key member of our Business Support Centre, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the interactions between our participants, government contracts, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess eligibility and inform potential participants about our programmes, facilitating their participation by booking them into schemes or logging their cases in various case management systems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and high-quality administrative support, working to agreed KPIs and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work flexibly and efficiently within the team to provide a seamless service to internal and external customers through various communication channels.
  • Accurately check, validate, and process documentation to required standards within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain up-to-date and professional case management notes within systems and provide accurate data for MI collection.

Requirements

  • Customer Service experience and a passion for excellent service standards.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and communicate effectively in a multi-stream environment.
  • An open, enthusiastic, and positive approach, with the ability to work efficiently in a pressurised environment.
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to analyse cases and identify solutions.
  • Flexibility to support the business and ability to work towards a behaviour and performance matrix.
