Residential Childcare Support Specialist

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Support Specialists to join our team at Bay View. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and enriching home for children aged 8-18.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the team, addressing each child's unique needs and goals.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing home environment where children feel valued, respected, and supported.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Actively participate in therapeutic activities and interventions to promote the emotional and social development of the children.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.
  • Over 21 years of age.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
