About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Digital Transformation Director to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our healthcare services, leveraging data and analytics to improve clinical outcomes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our business objectives and integrates with our existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver digital solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of data-driven insights and analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of our data assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital transformation and data analytics, and identify opportunities to leverage these in our business.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a healthcare or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Experience with data governance and security policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
