About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Digital Manufacturing consulting business in the Life Science industry. As a Digital Transformation Director, you will be responsible for defining the growth strategy, understanding market needs, and creating offerings that deliver clear repeatable value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted business development campaigns with Sector Unit teams
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve clients' manufacturing operations through digitization
  • Use Capgemini tools and methods to define clients' Digital Manufacturing vision, strategy, and transformation roadmap
  • Identify and qualify use cases that improve key metrics
  • Design scalable IT/OT solutions and lead business transformation enabled by software solutions such as MES
  • Embed new ways of working and measure/report benefits
  • Lead the implementation of use cases across clients' global operations
Requirements
  • Background in transforming manufacturing and/or supply chain operations
  • Experience in leading the implementation of digital technologies
  • Passion for leading operational improvements
  • Curiosity about the use of digital technologies
  • Business acumen to create compelling business cases
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization
  • Experience in proposition building and delivery
  • Business development skills to generate £2m of consulting revenues per annum
