Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive our digital transformation. As the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a visionary digital and MarTech strategy that aligns with our ambitious business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that leverages cutting-edge technologies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and inspire a team of talented engineers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence, and to drive the creation of web and mobile experiences that delight customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging technologies and trends that can give us a competitive edge.
  • Make strategic decisions on technology investments that align with our business objectives and drive digital transformation.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and implementing best practices in software development, such as TDD, continuous delivery, and pair programming.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a tech leader, possibly as a Head of Technology or Staff Software Engineer.
  • Expertise in front-end, back-end, and mobile development, including Node, React, Kotlin, and Swift.
  • Cloud computing expertise with a deep understanding of microservices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Natural communication skills with the ability to discuss complex technical concepts with developers and business stakeholders.
