Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Consulting Director for Digital and Tech to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our Real Assets advisory team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to clients on their digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead advisory services around data, people, processes, systems, and technology to drive business value for clients.
  • Support clients in transforming their real estate digital functions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Advise clients on the technology they need to adopt to deploy the systems required for their digital transformation.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including building pipelines and closing deals.
  • Engage with clients using a consultative approach, leveraging your industry expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Bring industry experience in real estate and infrastructure to the table, with a proven track record of creating new client partnerships and expanding existing ones.
  • Drive sales within advisory services, leveraging your expertise to identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver programs from winning business to completing projects, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong industry expertise in data, people, processes, systems, and technology.
  • Excellent client relationship-building and management skills.
  • Ability to drive sales and business growth within advisory services.
  • Proven track record of delivering programs from start to finish.
