Director of Business Development

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team at Collinson Grant as a Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development, leveraging their expertise to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at large organizations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record of business development and growth. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a consultancy or business development role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A proven ability to develop and execute business growth strategies, with a strong focus on results-driven delivery
- Strong industry knowledge and expertise, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
- A first-class degree from a Russell Group university
