Main Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to the Senior Management Team, including diary management, minute-taking, and correspondence.
  • Line manage Divisional Secretarial staff and maintain the smooth running of the Divisional office.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
