We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic paramedic to join our team of healthcare professionals in South Warrington PCN. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our primary care services.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in paramedicine. You will be working closely with our GP practices, community teams, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with minor ailments and acute conditions.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
- Contribute to the development of our primary care services, including the implementation of new initiatives and programs.
- Provide education and training to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on paramedicine and related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical governance framework.
