Paramedic - South Warrington PCN

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Paramedic to join our team at South Warrington PCN. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our primary care services.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our team to provide patient-centered care, including face-to-face consultations, telephone triage, and home visits.
- Assess and prioritize patients, using your clinical expertise to make informed decisions and provide appropriate treatment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers, ensuring effective communication and empathy.
- Contribute to the development of our primary care services, including the implementation of new initiatives and the evaluation of existing programs.
- Participate in quality improvement activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
- Qualified to degree/diploma level in Paramedicine or equivalent experience.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Completed two-year Consolidation of Learning period as a newly qualified paramedic.
- Three years' experience as a band 6 (or equivalent) paramedic.
- Commitment to working towards a masters level or equivalent capability in paramedic areas of practice within six months of commencement.
South Warrington PCN is one of five PCNs within Warrington, Cheshire, providing primary care services to 51,763 patients across five GP practices. We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our primary care services.
We are part of Quay Primary Healthcare CIC, a non-profit company owned by the GP Practices in Warrington. Quay Healthcare provides business and practical support to our PCN and delivers additional healthcare services to our patients.
