As a Care and Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, including housekeeping and domestic support
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
- Assist with daily tasks, such as booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits
- Help residents with their shopping and provide companionship
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high standard of care is maintained
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the UK Health and Social Care sector
- Warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy work setting
- Desirable: QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent
