Volunteer Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for recruiting, supervising, and training a diverse group of volunteers who will provide support to individuals transitioning out of prison and those serving community sentences.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and manage a team of volunteer mentors to provide guidance and support to participants.
- Provide supervision and case management oversight to ensure the team is equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on participants to inform service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance or Education and Training qualification (desirable).
- Experience in staff management and effective teamwork.
- Ability to train and coach volunteers in groups or one-on-one settings.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
