Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for recruiting, supervising, and training a diverse group of volunteers who will provide support to individuals transitioning out of prison and those serving community sentences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage a team of volunteer mentors to provide guidance and support to participants.
  • Provide supervision and case management oversight to ensure the success of the program.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on participants and volunteers.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure the program's success.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance or Education and Training qualification - desirable.
  • Experience in staff management and effective teamwork.
  • Ability to train and coach volunteers in groups or one-on-one settings.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
