Procurement Project Manager MSET UWS

We're seeking a skilled Procurement Project Manager to join our team within the Thales Underwater Systems part of our business. As a key member of our Procurement team, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement world-class supply chain solutions that meet customer needs and align with our Procurement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute acquisition or sourcing strategies for campaigns, bids, or products/projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate with the supply chain, obtaining a complete and competitive supply chain architecture that meets bid/product requirements.
  • Manage all Procurement aspects in project phase, working closely with key stakeholders and functions to ensure work packages are executed in accordance with technical, program, cost, and performance requirements.
  • Animate international multi-organization project (or bid) teams, leveraging skills in Make or Buy and risk management, long-term vision, Procurement experience, Bid and Project Management competencies, and basic skills in regulations (export control, Reach, etc.).
