Position Overview:
As a Mechanical Systems Technician, you will play a crucial role in our client's operations, which specializes in hydraulic solutions. This organization is dedicated to providing exceptional services and is looking for a qualified individual to enhance their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fault Diagnosis: Accurately identify and resolve mechanical system issues with a high level of expertise.
  • Hydraulic Equipment Overhaul: Execute comprehensive overhauls of hydraulic machinery to guarantee peak performance.
  • Pressure Testing: Conduct pressure tests to assess the reliability and functionality of mechanical systems.
  • Hot Oil Flushing: Implement hot oil flushing techniques to ensure the efficiency of equipment.
  • Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly and construction processes of mechanical systems.
  • Onsite Services: Deliver maintenance, repair, and installation services at various locations.
  • Site Assessments: Carry out site surveys and prepare detailed reports outlining observations and suggestions.

Documentation and Compliance:
  • Inspection Reporting: Maintain thorough records of inspections, tests, and maintenance activities.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all tasks are performed in line with established Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards.

Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Hold relevant qualifications in mechanical and hydraulic systems.
  • Driving License: Possess a valid and unrestricted driving license.
  • Work Authorization: Have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong ability to identify and rectify mechanical system faults and understand schematics.
  • Knowledge Base: Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of mechanical and hydraulic solutions.

Work Schedule:
This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, focusing on permanent daytime hours.
